Lesson 01. Cardio Workout

Cardio workouts usually lasts from 30 to 40 minutes. There are different kinds of Cardio workouts one can choose from.

My list of Cardio Workouts look like this. The one which I will choose from these,

will depend upon the availability of time, my energy level or my mood.

- Full body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

- Step Workout

- Sprinting

- Slow, long jog

- Swimming

Lesson 02. Abs and Core Workout

Follow each exercise for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat for another round.
