VERY LOW IMPACT STRENGTH CARDIO WORKOUT
This is a 40 minute Low Impact Strength Cardio Workout using pair of light Dumbbells. A great workout to lose weight and build strength.
This workout is knee friendly best suited for Beginners, overweight or obese people.
The exercises are very simple to follow and yet effective in fat loss.
If you do not have Dumbbells, you can use 500ml water bottles.
This is a 40 minute Low Impact Strength Cardio Workout using pair of light Dumbbells. A great workout to lose weight and build strength. It comprises of a set of 7 dumbbell exercises 2 sets of 10 to 12 Reps each. There is a 45 sec of light cardio in between each set.

Do this workout 2 to 3 times in a week.
