Strength Cardio workout | Level 3 | 30 Minutes

Lesson 4 Chapter 1

This is a fun strength cardio workout. It has a set of exercises using light pair of Dumbbells with 45 seconds of cardio in between each. Make sure the Dumbbells are heavy enough to let you do 10 to 12 reps of each exercise.
