I am a Personal Trainer and a Group Exercise Instructor.
I inspire women to stay healthy through easy to follow Nutrition and Work out Plans.
My biggest inspiration is my Deen, which encourages Sports for BOTH Men and Women.
I enjoy Running, Weightlifting, HIIT and Step Workouts.
I believe that as long as a woman maintains her modesty, in terms of Clothing and Behaviour, there should be nothing stopping her.
