Strength Cardio workout | Level 2 | 30 Minutes

Lesson 3 Chapter 1

Strength Cardio Workout using Dumbbells.

A great workout to lose weight and build strength. It comprises of a set of dumbbell exercises 2 sets of 10 to 12 Reps each. There is a 30 sec of cardio in between each set. Do this workout 2 to 3 times in a week.

As always take the consent of your doctor before commencing any kind of workout.
