Cardio Workout | Intermediate ( Level 1 ) | 40 Minutes
Lesson 1
This a 40 minutes Intermediate level cardio workout. it consists of 3 blocks of 8 combination exercises lasting for 60 seconds each.
Lower the intensity by doing 2 blocks only (30 minutes) but remember to finish off with stretches.
